1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the online store available at shop.labcoin.bg and all purchases made through it.
By visiting our website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Scope & Eligibility

These Terms apply to all users of our online store, including but not limited to customers, browsers, and subscribers.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make purchases.
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Contract Formation

A binding sales contract is concluded once you complete the checkout process and we send you an order confirmation email.
If an item is out of stock or unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you immediately and either offer an alternative or refund.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment authorization issues.

4. Products & Availability

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and specifications accurately.
Slight variations in color or design may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing processes.
Availability is subject to stock. We are not liable for temporary unavailability of products.

5. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in both BGN and EUR and include VAT (where applicable).
Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment must be completed at checkout using one of our accepted methods:

Cash on delivery
Card payments (VISA and MasterCard)
Google Pay
Apple Pay
Link Pay
and any other payment methods provided and allowed by our payment provider

For subscription services, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis as outlined in Section 8 (Subscriptions & Digital Products).

6. Delivery

Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Deliveries are made using BOXNOW, Speedy, Econt, DHL and/or Bulgarian Post, depending on the currently provided services.
Estimated delivery times:

Bulgaria: 1-2 business days
EU countries: 7-14 business days
Non-EU countries: 14-30 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and local taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
You will receive tracking information (if available) once your order is dispatched.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we may charge re-shipping costs.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase as follows:

Withdrawal Period: 14 calendar days from the date you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.
Notification: To exercise this right, you must notify us via email at our Instagram labcoin.shop.
Returns: Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.
Refunds: We will refund the product price and the cost of standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return). Refunds are made using the same payment method you used.

Exclusions (no withdrawal right):

Digital products once download/access has begun, or digital keys redeemed, with your prior consent.
Personalized/custom products.
Perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods.

8. Digital Products & Subscriptions

Digital Delivery: Digital products (e-books, software, keys, codes, labpass activation codes) are delivered electronically after purchase.
Waiver of Withdrawal: By accessing, downloading, streaming, activating a digital key, or redeeming digital items, you expressly agree to waive your 14-day withdrawal right.

Subscriptions:

Renew automatically according to the billing cycle (monthly/yearly).
You may cancel anytime via your account or by contacting us at our Instagram labcoin.shop.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods, unless required by law.

Access After Cancellation: Access to subscription benefits ends once the billing cycle is complete.

9. Warranty & Legal Guarantee

All physical goods are covered by the 2-year EU legal guarantee.
If your product is defective or not as described, you may request:

Free repair or replacement.
Price reduction or full refund (if repair/replacement is not possible).

Claims should be made by contacting us at our Instagram labcoin.shop with order details and photos (if applicable).
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

10. Liability

We are not responsible for damages caused by improper, unauthorized, or unlawful use of our products. Customers are expected to use all physical and digital products in accordance with their intended purpose, the instructions provided, and applicable law.

For digital products (such as software, keys, e-books, or subscriptions), you are also responsible for complying with all license terms, usage rules, and restrictions provided by us or by the third-party licensors who own the rights to that content. Any breach of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access without refund and may expose you to legal liability.

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product, except in cases of intent, gross negligence, or mandatory legal liability under Bulgarian law.

We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure at all times. From time to time, access may be limited or suspended due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Labcoin Shop shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from interruptions, delays, errors, or security breaches in the operation of the website, even if we were aware of the possibility of such issues.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits Labcoin Shop’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Bulgarian or EU consumer protection law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, and trademarks, is our property or used under license.You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written permission.Trademarks and copyrights for third-party elements are owned by the companies which market or license those products.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law and applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
